What is the standard shipping time for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery may take 10-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LAMY ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also log into your LAMY account to view real-time updates.
